Maximiser is a personal productivity platform I built to bring structure to how I track time, prepare for meetings, and manage professional relationships. It combines a visual day timeline โ inspired by Google Calendar's layout โ with deep integrations into Todoist, Google Calendar, and Krisp to automatically capture what I work on, who I meet, and what was discussed.
After every meeting, Krisp transcripts are processed through Claude to extract action items, notes per attendee, and concise summaries โ all stored and surfaced in a rich event panel with attendee research, contact linking, and editable task lists. A CRM layer tracks relationship tiers, interaction recency, and reconnect signals so no important contact goes cold. Weekly AI-generated reviews and week-ahead briefings (orchestrated via N8N) close the feedback loop.
The entire system runs as a single Next.js app deployed on Vercel, backed by Supabase for data and edge functions, with zero manual data entry beyond starting a timer or setting weekly goals.
